The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find



Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:05:33.01:11.  Funds set aside for supplemental aid applications. Ten percent of the total appropriation for extraordinary cost funds shall be set aside to fund applications for extraordinary cost funds for supplemental aid. This ten percent total is the maximum amount which can be used to fund applications for extraordinary cost funds for supplemental aid. If applications are in excess of the ten percent, the secretary may adjust or prorate the requested amounts. The maximum allowable request for an individual school district for extraordinary cost funds based on supplemental aid is $50,000.

 

          Any unallocated funds from the set aside referenced in this section may be used to fund applications for extraordinary cost funds for high cost students or high cost programs as referenced in ยง 24:05:33.01:12.
