Text Search

The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find

Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:14:07:01.  Informed clinical opinion. The opinions of qualified personnel from a variety of disciplines, chosen on the basis of child and family strengths and needs, including the following, are considered informed clinical opinion:


          (1)  Audiologists;

          (2)  Family therapists;

          (3)  Nurses;

          (4)  Registered dietitians;

          (5)  Occupational therapists;

          (6)  Orientation and mobility specialists;

          (7)  Pediatricians and other physicians;

          (8)  Physical therapists;

          (9)  Psychologists;

          (10)  Social workers;

          (11)  Special educators;

          (12)  Speech and language pathologists; and

          (13)  Vision specialists, including ophthalmologists and optometrists.
