The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find

Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:14:08:01.  General requirements for early intervention services. Early intervention services are developmental services that meet the following requirements:


          (1)  Are designed to meet the developmental needs of each child eligible under this article and the needs of the family related to enhancing the child's development as identified by the individualized family service plan team in any one or more of the developmental areas listed in § 24:14:12:02;


          (2)  Are selected in collaboration with the parents;


          (3)  Are provided under public supervision by qualified personnel in conformity with an individualized family service plan pursuant to chapter 24:14:13 at no cost to parents;


          (4)  Meet the service standards in this article; and


          (5)  To the maximum extent appropriate, are provided in the natural environment pursuant to § 24:14:08:02.
