Text Search




The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find



Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:14:11:04.02.  Post-referral timeline -- Exceptions. Subject to ยง 24:14:11:04.03, the 45-day timeline does not apply for any period when:

 

          (1)  The child or parent is unavailable to complete the screening, if applicable, the initial evaluation, the initial assessments of the child and family, or the initial IFSP meeting due to exceptional family circumstances that are documented in the child's intervention records; or

 

          (2)  The parent has not provided consent for the screening, if applicable, the initial evaluation, or the initial assessment of the child, despite documented, repeated attempts by the department or early intervention service provider to obtain parental consent.
