44:02:07:96. Submission of a HACCP plan. A HACCP plan must be submitted to the regulatory authority under the following conditions:
(1) A HACCP plan is required by this chapter;
(2) A variance is required for a specialized processing method, specialized food handling method, or specialized food; or
(3) The regulatory authority determines that a food preparation or processing method requires a variance based on a plan submittal, an inspectional finding, or a variance request.
