xml:space="preserve" class="s627cb019-2719-4c77-975b-ebdc40dd88b9C0">three years </span><span class="s627cb019-2719-4c77-975b-ebdc40dd88b9C0">of age but less than nine years of age</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s627cb019-2719-4c77-975b-ebdc40dd88b9C0"> may be identified as a student with a disability if the student has one of the major disabilities listed in § </span><a
