healthy family functioning;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">    (</span><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">5</span><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">)  "Early intervention program," the total effort in the state that is directed at meeting the needs of children eligible under this article and their families;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">    (</span><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">6</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">)  "Early intervention services," the services listed in chapter </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Rules?Rule=24:14:08"><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0-000003">24:14:08</span></a><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">    (</span><span learning;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">    (</span><span dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">    (</span><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">18</span><span class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">)  "Part B," Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, which establishes following:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc88d6ac9-f496-4276-bad7-9464543359e3C0">        (a)  The name of the child, the child's parent, or other family
