5-15-1.2. Definition of terms.

Terms as used in this chapter mean:

(1)    "Commission," the South Dakota Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission;

(2)    "Capitol complex," all state capitol buildings and capitol grounds within the capitol complex.
