        SB 90     revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2013, to provide funding for the increased costs associated with the employee health insurance and internal service bureaus, and to declare an emergency.

        SB 15*     provide for expenditures for early learning services from the special education fund, and to revise certain provisions regarding state aid to special education.
