    The House convened at 1:00 p.m., pursuant to adjournment, the Speaker presiding.

    The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Peggy Stempson, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by House pages Staci Seaman and Ashley Van Meeteren.
