HB 1082     grant limited immunity from arrest and prosecution for certain related offenses to persons who assist certain persons in need of emergency assistance or who are themselves in need of emergency assistance.

HB 1096     provide for a criminal penalty for any person who prevents the enforcement of a secured creditor's security interest upon repossession of a motor vehicle.
