NOTE: The Department of Social Services has filed revisions for the South Dakota Food Stamp Program Certification and Accountability Manual which are incorporated into ARSD 67:13:01:01.

CORRECTION: On page 99 of the Register dated January 18, 2000, under Administrative Rules, delete Department of Human Services and insert Department of Social Services.

Executive Appointments:

Anna Nissen, Reliance, was appointed January 11, 2000, to the Mental Health Planning and Coordination Advisory Council, to replace Donna Yocom, effective immediately and to continue until July 1, 2002.

James Hagel, Rapid City, was reappointed January 11, 2000, to the Mental Health Planning and Coordination Advisory Council, effective immediately and to continue until July 1, 2002.

Terry Dosch, Pierre, was appointed January 11, 2000, to the Mental Health Planning and Coordination Advisory Council, to replace Vicki Rowe, effective immediately and to continue until July 1, 2002.

John C. Gross, Madison, was appointed January 11, 2000, to the State Conservation Commission, to replace Richard Ferguson, effective immediately and to continue until January 1, 2002.

Jim D. Rarick, Spearfish, was appointed January 12, 2000, to the State Conservation Commission, to replace Jan Garrity, effective immediately and to continue until January 1, 2002.
