Text Search

The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find

Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          2:01:10:02.  Additional licensing requirements. In addition to the licensing requirements in SDCL 36-30-3, a person must be at least 21 years of age to receive a license as a polygraph examiner. The study requirements in SDCL 36-30-3(2) may be satisfied by completion of at least 240 hours of study in the use of a polygraph in the detection of deception at a school certified by the American Polygraph Association. An applicant may not previously have had an examiner's license or its equivalent refused, revoked, suspended, or otherwise invalidated for any of the grounds listed in ยง 2:01:10:05.
