41:06:42:01. Season established. The trophy bull bison harvest in Custer State Park is open for sixty-one days, beginning on the third Monday in November. A licensee is restricted to two consecutive days for the hunt.

41:06:42:04. Guides required. All licensees shall be accompanied by an authorized Custer State Park official while hunting.

41:06:42:05. Preference established. The department shall give preference, utilizing the procedure established for unsuccessful applicants in § 41:06:01:10, to applicants who are unsuccessful in drawing licenses authorized by this chapter. No applicant may apply for more than one license in the initial lottery. A successful applicant may apply for additional licenses as provided in § 41:06:01:09.
