The authority of the State Centennial Commission to adopt rules setting fees for use of the centennial logo was transferred to the Bureau of Administration by SL 1996, ch 4, § 5, effective July 1, 1996. The Legislative Research Council renumbered the remaining rules in this article as Article 10:07 to effectuate the transfer of authority.</p> </div> </body> </html>
