         HB 1239     allow school districts to offer elementary grade levels only.
             Representatives Begalka, Hanson, Koistinen, Peterson (Jim), and Rhoden and Senators Diedrich (Larry) and Symens

         HB 1185     allow creation of superimposed school districts.
             Representatives Teupel, Elliott, Hundstad, LaRue, Madsen, Peterson (Bill), and Smidt and Senators Sutton (Duane), Duenwald, Schoenbeck, and Symens

         HB 1130     allow school districts to operate less than a thirteen-year school program.
             Representatives Olson (Mel), Burg, Peterson (Bill), and Rhoden and Senators Bogue, McCracken, Moore, and Symens

         HB 1125     revise the calculation of state aid to education.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill) and Olson (Mel) and Senators Olson (Ed), Knudson, and Schoenbeck

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
