         HB 1199     increase the general fund balance percentage for school districts in calculating state aid to education penalties.
             Representatives Hargens, Bartling, Begalka, Burg, Davis, Gillespie, Hackl, Kroger, LaRue, Novstrup, Olson (Mel), Peterson (Jim), Rave, and Van Gerpen and Senators Duxbury, Dennert, Kooistra, and Nachtigal

         HB 1213     revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
             Representatives Hennies, Elliott, McLaughlin, and Olson (Mel) and Senators Ham, Moore, Olson (Ed), and Symens

         HB 1228     compensate school districts that have a larger enrollment in the current year than during the previous year.
             Representatives Heineman, Christensen, McCaulley, McLaughlin, Peterson (Bill), Rave, Schafer, Solum, Thompson, and Williamson and Senators Jaspers, Dempster, Earley, Knudson, and Kooistra

         HB 1125     revise the calculation of state aid to education.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill) and Olson (Mel) and Senators Olson (Ed), Knudson, and Schoenbeck

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
