         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  limit the contributions of any person to a political action committee.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That chapter 12-25 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
     No person may contribute more than five thousand dollars to any political action committee in any calendar year. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
