         HB 1095*     provide for a drug screening program for certain facilities providing patient or resident care or supervision.

         HB 1106*     revise the duties of certain licensed mental health professionals with regard to certain insanity and guilty-but-mentally-ill proceedings.
             Representatives Boomgarden, Cutler, Deadrick, Jerke, Michels, and Schafer and Senators Olson (Ed), Abdallah, Broderick, Kooistra, and Nesselhuf

         HB 1229     require standards for certain family day care providers.
             Representatives Haverly, Boomgarden, Cutler, Garnos, Halverson, Heineman, Hennies, Miles, Murschel, Roberts, Thompson, and Van Etten and Senators Sutton (Dan), Abdallah, Adelstein, Broderick, Dempster, Duniphan, Nesselhuf, and Olson (Ed)

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
