         HB 1177     provide for the issuance of transferable landowner big game hunting licenses.

         HB 1178     provide for the issuance of special nonresident duck hunting licenses for use in certain counties.

         HB 1179     revise the penalty for certain big game hunting violations.

         HB 1235     authorize the trapping and hunting of certain furbearing animals by nonresidents.

         HB 1259     revise certain provisions related to complaints of encroachment by prairie dogs on private land.

         SB 7     establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
