         SB 115     revise certain provisions regarding the rule-making authority of the Board of Education.
             Senators Dempster, Albers, Gant, Garnos, Gray, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Hauge, Heidepriem, Hunhoff, Knudson, Nesselhuf, Olson (Ed), and Turbak and Representatives Hills, Boomgarden, Cutler, Halverson, Kirkeby, Lucas, McLaughlin, Nelson, Rave, Street, and Vehle

         SB 143     appropriate funds to provide for the South Dakota Virtual Library.
             Senators Bartling, Garnos, Hansen (Tom), Katus, Kloucek, McCracken, and Nesselhuf and Representatives Dennert, Elliott, Feinstein, Pitts, and Van Etten

         HB 1001     repeal references to certain defunct programs under the authority of the Board of Regents.
             Representatives Rave, Bradford, Buckingham, Hanks, Heineman, Hills, Rhoden, Thompson, and Weems and Senators Knudson, Garnos, Hundstad, and Kloucek at the request of the Interim Committee on Board of Regents Agency Review

         HB 1002     revise the style and form of certain provisions relating to the Board of Regents.
             Representatives Rave, Bradford, Buckingham, Hanks, Heineman, Hills, Rhoden, Thompson, and Weems and Senators Knudson, Garnos, Hundstad, and Kloucek at the request of the Interim Committee on Board of Regents Agency Review

         HB 1033*     impose sanctions on schools and certified school personnel for compromising the integrity of a state-required academic achievement test.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Department of Education

         HB 1034*     revise certain provisions regarding the data submission requirements for the state accreditation of schools.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Department of Education

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
