The meeting was called to order by Chair Joel Dykstra

         HB 1176: allow for grants from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, to revise certain provisions concerning the making of grants and loans from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, and to repeal the capital investment entity program, the value-added tourism subfund and the entrepreneur support program.
