On page 3, line 24, of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete everything
after "Section 8." and insert "The Board of Regents shall file its plan to provide for the operation
and the maintenance and repair expenses related to the project authorized in this Act with the
Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council no later than November 1, 2010.".
On page 4, delete lines 1 to 3, inclusive.
