    On page 1, between lines 10 and 11 of the printed bill, insert:

"
    Section 2. It is in the public interest that the South Dakota Building Authority contract for the construction of repairs and improvements at Cedar Shores Lakeside Use Area including engineering and bonding services, site preparation, and construction of improvements. The Building Authority may finance this project, including the issuance of revenue bonds not to exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000), in accordance with this Act and chapter 5-12.".

    On page 2, line 1, delete "section 1" and insert "sections 1 and 2".

    On page 2, line 1, delete "the section" and insert "these sections".
