___________________ moved that the Title to HB 1051 be amended as follows:
On page 1, line 1, of the printed bill, delete everything after "to" and insert "equate, within
certain limits, the annual percentage increase in per student funding for general education and for
special education to the projected change in state general fund revenue, and to require the Legislature
to estimate general fund revenues for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.".
On page 1, delete line 2.
