On page 1, line 6 of the printed bill, delete "2 to 5" and insert "2 to 6".
On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert:
"
Section 5 That the code be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
Only a person licensed to grow or process industrial hemp pursuant to this Act may possess any
part, stalk, leaf, bud, flower, or seed of an industrial hemp plant.".
