     On page 1, line 7 of the House Judiciary Committee engrossed bill, after " judgment " insert "obtained after July 1, 2001,".

     On page 1 , line 9, after " license. " insert "This section does not apply unless the person has been provided, prior to the entry of the judgment, written notice of this section and the penalty provided by this section.".
