     On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

     " Section  1.  That chapter 49-7A be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

    

     No operator may be billed for the costs of any notification of excavation if the location of the excavation described in the notice pursuant to §  49-7A-6 is different than the one call center's record of the description of the location of the operator's underground facilities."
