On page 1, line 1, of the Senate State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete everything after
"An Act to" and insert "require the Legislature to approve bonds for lease purchase agreements with
the four postsecondary technical institutes, and to approve bonds for lease purchase agreements with
Western Dakota Technical Institute and Southeast Technical Institute.".
On page 1, delete lines 2 and 3.
