AMENDMENT FOR PRINTED BILL

___________________ moved that HB 1120 be amended as follows:


    On page 1, after line 10 of the printed bill, insert:

"    Section 4. The fund may not be used to pay more than fifty percent of the total cost of any project.

    Section 5. Any project or activity carried out through the use of this fund shall have the purpose of reducing the risk of insect infestations or reducing hazardous fuels to protect communities and forest resources from wildfire damage.
