___________________ moved that HB 1137 be amended as follows:

     On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"      Section 1. That § 5-17-4 be amended to read as follows:

     5-17-4.   The compensation of the members of the State Cement Plant Commission , other than the secretary-treasurer, shall be payable monthly quarterly , with their actual and necessary expenses to be paid in the same manner as other expenditures out of the cement plant fund, upon presentation of itemized, verified vouchers. It is further provided that the The State Cement Plant Commission shall meet at least once each month the call of the chair . "
