"(25)" insert "during the past five years".
On page 7, line 2, delete everything after "felony" and insert "or misdemeanor".
On page 7, delete lines 3 and 4.
On page 7, line 5, delete "a felony or a lesser crime".
On page 7, line 6, after "(25)" insert "during the past five years".
On page 11, line 3, delete "crime of" and insert "felony or misdemeanor involving moral
turpitude as defined in subdivision 22-1-2(25) during the past five years".
On page 11, delete line 4.
On page 11, line 5, delete "narcotics,".
