___________________ moved that HB 1163 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 8 of the Senate Judiciary Committee engrossed bill, overstrike "one hundred eighty" and insert " ninety ".

     On page 1 , between lines 8 and 9, insert:
"

     Upon a second conviction or a second adjudication of delinquency for any violation, while in a vehicle, of § §  22-42-5 to 22-42-9, inclusive, 22-42A-3, or 22-42A-4, the court shall, if such second conviction or adjudication occurred within four years of the first conviction or adjudication, revoke the driver license or driving privilege of the driver so convicted for a period of one hundred eighty days. ".

     On page 1 , line 9, after " Upon a " overstrike " second " and insert " third ".

     On page 1 , line 9, after " or a " overstrike " second " and insert " third ".

     On page 1 , line 11, after " shall " insert " , if such third or subsequent conviction or adjudication occurred within four years of the previous conviction or adjudication, ".
