___________________ moved that the Title to SB 119 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 1 of the Senate Transportation Committee engrossed bill, delete everything after " require " and insert "owners of abandoned vehicles to pay for certain towing and storage expenses and to provide a penalty for the intentional abandonment of certain motor vehicles.".

     On page 1 , delete lines 2 and 3 .
