On page 1, line 6, of the printed bill, delete "South Dakota resident" and insert "person".
On page 1, line 9, after "." insert "However, the Board of Regents or a public university may
restrict the right or privilege to carry or possess a concealed pistol as a requirement to host or
participate in a national event or tournament.".
