     On page 1, line 3 of the printed bill, after " Care " insert "within the Office of the Governor".

     On page 1 , line 10, delete " twenty " and insert "twenty-five".

     On page 1 , line 10, after " members. " insert "The secretary of health, the secretary of human services, the secretary of social services, and the director of the division of insurance shall serve as ex officio members in an advisory capacity.".

     On page 1 , line 10, after " The " insert "additional".

     On page 2 , line 4, delete " and " .

     On page 2 , line 5, after " members " insert: "; and

             (9)    Mental health care providers".

     On page 2 , after line 5, insert:

     Section 3. The term for each member, other than a legislator or an ex officio member, shall be a term of three years, and each may be reappointed once. Any legislative member shall serve until the expiration of the legislator's term and may be reappointed if the legislator continues to serve in the Legislature.

     Section 4. The commission shall select a chair from among its members. The commission shall meet at least three times each year. However, it may meet more often at the call of the chair or upon written request of a majority of the members.

     Section 5. The commission shall annually report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature by December first.".
