On page 1, line 8, of the printed bill, after "authorize" insert "or endorse".
On page 1, line 8, after "materials" insert "from government programs or organizations under
section 4 of this Act and shall make trainings or information on how to access trainings available on
the Office of the Attorney General website for persons or entities to increase awareness and
prevention efforts".
On page 1, delete lines 14 and 15.
On page 2, delete lines 1 to 8, inclusive.
On page 2, line 12, delete "under section 2 of this Act" and insert "of a lodging establishment,
including any owner, lessee, or manager in charge of a lodging establishment".
On page 2, delete lines 15 to 24, inclusive.
