     On page 1, line 6 of the House Taxation Committee engrossed bill, delete " or leased " .

     On page 1 , line 9, after " exemption " insert "for a period of five years".

     On page 1 , line 10, after " hearing. " insert "The governing body may renew the tax exemption every five years after a determination of eligibility, public notice, and a hearing.".
