On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:
" Section 1. That chapter 10-45 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
Each tax exemption provided under the provisions of chapters 10-45 and 10-46 shall be reviewed
by an interim committee to determine whether the tax exemption shall be retained or repealed before
January 1, 2023, and every four years thereafter."
