___________________ moved that SB 14 be amended as follows:

     On page 1 of the Senate State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete lines 6 to 10 , inclusive, and insert:

"Human Services Center who shall be a skilled administrator or a South Dakota licensed physician of accepted skill and ability. Such person must have had experience of at least five years either in public or private institutions for the mentally ill and shall be of a good moral character either has a degree in business or health care administration with three or more years of related management experience or the individual meets the criteria for a qualified mental health professional as defined in §  27A-1-3 and three or more years of experience in mental health administration . The administrator shall be the chief executive officer of the South Dakota".
