___________________ moved that SB 157 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 6 of the printed bill, remove the overstrikes from " : " .

     On page 1 , line 7, remove the overstrikes from " (1) " .

     On page 2 , line 2, delete " Is is " and insert "Is".

     On page 2 , delete lines 9 to 12 , inclusive, and insert:

"

             (5) (2)     Provides that electric utilities, public utilities, telecommunication companies, and rural water systems have the right to the use of the railroad right-of-way for the placement of underground facilities, without fee, subject to reasonable regulation and negotiation in good faith as to location and , placement , and compensation, if any, when the placement of facilities is outside the public right-of-way ".
