___________________ moved that SB 182 be amended as follows:

     On page 3 of the House State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete lines 6 to 12 , inclusive.

     On page 5 , delete lines 9 to 16 , inclusive.

     On page 7 , after line 5, insert:

"      Section 5. Sections 1 and 2 of this Act do not apply to any excess tax levy approved before July 1, 2002.".
