     On page 11, after line 15 of the Senate engrossed bill, insert:

"
     Section 10. That chapter 1-27 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     Nothing contained in this chapter restricts any person, firm, or corporation certified to engage in and carry on the business of an abstracter of real estate titles pursuant to chapter 36-13 from accessing the offices of any county to conduct its authorized business.".
