_________________ moved that SB 205 be amended as follows:

     On page 1 , line 9 of the printed bill , after " purposes " insert " ,for agricultural purposes and practices, or for a combination of such uses, purposes and practices. " .

     On page 1 , line 15 , after " area. " insert " The rules may authorize or continue agricultural uses and practices on the property or a combination of agricultural purposes and practices and other uses and purposes on the property. Nothing in this Act precludes the use of the property for agricultural purposes and practices. The commission may not change the designation or use of an area within the property unless the commission has held a public hearing on the proposed change in addition to any public hearing required as a part of the rules promulgation process. " .
