On page 4, line 12, of the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee engrossed bill,
delete "Vermillion" and insert "Red River and Minnesota".
On page 4, line 21, after "Section 15." insert "This Act does not give any district created
pursuant to this Act any regulatory or taxing authority.".
On page 5, delete lines 7 to 12, inclusive.
