     On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

     Section 1. The Retirement Laws Committee shall conduct an interim study of the eligibility requirements under which a Class A member of the South Dakota Retirement System can retire without a reduction in benefits, and of the impact of participating members who retire and are subsequently reemployed.".
