___________________ moved that SB 53 be amended as follows:

     On page 2, line 1 of the printed bill, after " abandonment " insert " for at least six months ".

     On page 2 , line 2, after " neglect " insert " if the neglect was a serious threat to the safety of the child or another child ".

     On page 3, line 11, after " abandonment " insert " for at least six months ".

     On page 3 , line 12, after " neglect " insert " if the neglect was a serious threat to the safety of the child or another child ".
