AMENDMENT FOR SENATE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE ENGROSSED BILL

On the Senate Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete the previously adopted
amendment (55ne).
On page 9, between lines 8 and 9 of the Senate Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, insert:
" Section 31. That chapter 23 of the 2014 Session Laws be amended by adding thereto a NEW
SECTION to read as follows:
Section 37: The state treasurer shall transfer to the state general fund one million four hundred
twenty thousand dollars ($1,420,000) from the South Dakota risk pool fund created by
§ 58-17-120.".
