___________________ moved that SB 59 be amended as follows:

     On page 2, line 24 of the printed bill, overstrike " § §  1-27-28 to 1-27-32, inclusive " and insert " §  1-27-31 ".

     On page 3 , remove the overstrikes from lines 14 and 15 .

     On page 4 , line 3, after " nation " insert " pursuant to a court order obtained under the same process as orders issued pursuant to §  15-6-65(b) ".

     On page 4 , after line 6, insert:

"      Section 6. That chapter 1-27 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     The provisions of this chapter do not supersede more specific provisions regarding public access or confidentiality elsewhere in state or federal law.".
