___________________ moved that SB 68 be amended as follows:

     On page 2, line 19 of the printed bill, delete " as provided in subdivisions 2-4-2(1), (2), and (3) " and insert "from the tribal government the delegate represents".

     On page 2 , line 24, after " motion. " insert "No delegate appointed to the Legislature pursuant to this Act may be seated as provided by this section until the tribal government making the appointment provides nonvoting representation of nontribal members on its tribal council.".
